SMS Terms of Service

AI Reels Creations is a service of Virtual Project Controls LLC.

Program

AI Reels Creations Video Ready Notifications is an optional transactional SMS program. When a customer independently selects SMS delivery and provides consent, the program sends a notice when that customer's completed paid order is ready for secure video download. No marketing messages are included.

Consent and frequency

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency is one video-ready message per completed paid order for which SMS delivery was selected. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to opt out. A final confirmation may be sent after an opt-out request. No additional program messages will be sent unless the customer later completes a new valid opt-in.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may depend on the customer's carrier, device, coverage, and service plan.

Privacy

Review the SMS Privacy Policy for information about collection, use, retention, and protection of mobile information and consent records. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
