Program scope
This policy applies to the optional AI Reels Creations Video Ready Notifications SMS program at https://aireelscreations.com. The program sends one transactional notice when a customer's completed paid order is ready for secure video download. It is not used for marketing.
Information collected
When SMS delivery is selected, we may collect the mobile number entered and confirmed by the customer, the related order identifier, consent status and timestamps, delivery status, and STOP or HELP requests.
How information is used
The information is used to document consent, send the requested video-ready notification, provide support, honor opt-out requests, prevent misuse, and maintain operational and compliance records.
Mobile-information sharing
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers such as messaging platforms and mobile carriers may process the minimum information necessary to deliver requested messages, support the service, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
Customer choice
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency is one video-ready message per completed paid order for which SMS delivery was selected. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Customers may instead use email notice or remain on the website to retrieve their video.
